Inspiration to pray often comes in times of distress, emotional upheavals, loss or just plain fear! At these times something stirs up in our heart, belief and faith in a higher power shine through - And prayer follows.

The heart and mind feel free, grace and gratitude replace fear with resilience and fortitude.

Prayer is thus the innermost impulse of mankind. And then again, when you pray not to petition, but as an expression of love for God, or union with the Divine; these higher forms of prayer lead one into a transcendental state of being, one of total identification with the higher Self.
